Delete your Kuver account
Kuver is the ordering app for cafés, patisseries and restaurants. You can delete your account inside the app. If you cannot open the app, send a deletion request with the form on this page.

Confirm with your password, and with your verification code if two-step verification is on. Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out on every device.
Company owner
The account that opened the company

A company cannot be left without an owner, so the owner’s account is deleted together with the company. Confirm with your password and by typing the company code. Close any open bills first.
The company is deleted permanently after 30 days. During this time every other account is signed out and cannot sign in, and you can cancel the deletion from the same screen.
What is deleted and what is kept
Financial records are kept because the law requires it, but they no longer identify you.

Kept
- Bills, orders and payments
- Audit records
Kept for 10 years as financial records, without your name or email address. In the app they show as “Deleted user”.

Can’t open the app?
Enter your company code and the email address of your account. We write to that address to confirm the request comes from you, then delete the account.
